Wednesday Evening - Knox Masters
The usual warmup consisting of a couple of
laps of jogging and then sprint drills etc.
1 x 800m Hcp (3rd in 2:35)in which i just missed
my PB by one second. After that it took me
almost half an hour to recover properly before
i then did a series of fast strides (around 5 x
100) to finish off for the night.
