I have been struggling to keep this site updated
lately so i'm going to take a break from it for
a while. I will continue to keep my own records
of my training but will only add posts here from
time to time.
In recent times i have been concentrating on
sprint training mainly and will continue to work
on my immediate goal. That is to try and break
27s for 200m. I'm hoping that with concentration
on my starts and correct technique, I will be
able to get down towards 25s eventually.
Currently i'm actually running about 3 times a
week and really want to increase my abdominal work
and overall body strength.
