Friday Evening Various Upper Body work then Air Squats 20/18/16/14/12/10 Lunges 20/18/16/14/12/10 Hillclimbers 32/28/24/20/18/14/10 all these done with 25secs slow jog between each on the mini-tramp Medball Abs 5mins various
