Friday Morning - Treadmill Intervals (4.5km/27km) Warmup 1.4kms various jogging pace then 2 x 400m @ 18inc2 with 90s walk recovery then 3 x 250m @ 19inc4 with 90s walk recovery then 1.4kms slow jogging to cooldown. Total distance around 4.5kms.
