Thursday Evening - Leg Speed/Drills (2.5km/22km)
Warmup 5mins slow jogging pace then
5 x 30m high knee skipping
5 x 30m bum kicks
3 x 50m strides
5 x double stepladder runs timed
10 tuck jumps
Cooldown 5mins slow jogging to finish
