Monday Evening - At the track
At the track today with some of the Masters
runners. 3 laps slow jogging followed by some
sprint drills to loosen up.
Started to do a series of 400s in 95s with a
200 slow jog float but only got to 3 and they
were a little slower than 95. I then decided on
a couple of 200m reps at a quicker pace to
end the session. Another laps of slow jogging
to cooldown. I think i will stick to 200m reps
and possibly 600s but only 2 of those.
