Saturday Morning - Treadmill Speed/Fartlek Warmup 1.5km's various jogging pace then 4 x 1min @ 16inc2/120s @ 7.5inc2 jog recovery between each. To cooldown a slow jog of around 600m and a set of chairpips and pullups to finish.
