Monday morning - Treadmill session (very cold)
warmup 800m slow jogging pace then
4 x 400m @ 3/4 pace with 90sec recovery jog
in between each rep. Cooldown 800m jogging.
2 sets of leg raises/skipping/tuck jumps to finish.
