Monday Morning - Long Run 8.5km's of recovery running in and around the local streets. This morning felt very good after 2 rest days and i completed the run in 45:17 which i'm very happy with.

That was a good 8.5k Paul. Two rest days every now and then is probably a good idea. That 63. 400 was pretty good too.
