Saturday - The end of another training week and as
i mentioned in an earlier post, i have cut back severely
on my training in the past few days. Today i was going
to do something but i spent a lot of time working on my
motorbike so it ended up a day of rest (training wise).
Looking back at my week, it shows only 24km's of running.
This was made up of one intense speed/interval session
and two easy distance runs. I did cycle once during the
week, but only for about 12km's. I ended up with four
complete rest days out of seven but still not enough sleep.
