Intervals 800's.........
Tuesday morning - treadmill intervals 800's. warmup 1.5km slow jogging pace then 3 x 800m @ 3mins/inc 2degs/90secs last one a little faster with more incline. cooldown around 1km slow jogging pace to finish.
