Wednesday night - Knox Masters
Warmup around 2km's which included
3 laps of slow jogging and several strides
gradually building up to about 75% pace.
1 x 600m race - 6th in 1:45 PB followed by
a short jog to loosen my tightening muscles.
1 x 70m race - 1st in 9.69 - very close finish.
1 x 300m race - 3rd in 46 - shouldn't have run
as i'm still not strong enough to have 3 hard
runs in one night. Felt almost sick after the
last run and it took over 30mins to recover
to a point where i could go for a gentle walk
and then a cooldown jog for a couple of laps.
