Monday Evening - At The Track
A bit of an easy night really as far as intervals go
Warmup including 2 laps jogging and sprint drills etc.
As it was uncomfortably warm we decided on a ladder
session and i got through 100/200/300/200/100 only
before a cooldown of a couple more laps jogging.
About 3km all up.
No running on Thurs/Fri/Sat or Sun and not for any
particular reason other than tiredness and perhaps
laziness.
