Monday Evening - Track Intervals
Warmup including 3 laps slow jogging followed by the usual
sprint drills and strides etc.
4 x 400m 95/94/96/96 and a 300m in 70 with 90s walking recovery
between each one. Had to cut the last one back to 300 as i was
really starting to struggle and i didn't want to strain too much
tonight. Around 2 laps of jogging to cooldown - 4.5kms
