Monday morning - Treadmill intervals (endurance)
Warmup 1.5km various jogging speeds then
4 x 3mins @ 15inc2/120s walking recovery
with a cooldown jog of around 5mins. Then
a set of chairdips and pullups to finish off.
Each 3min rep is around 750m in distance.
