Thursday evening - treadmill intervals
Warmup various 1.5km's jogging then
3 x 800m @ 12inc2/90s walk recovery
Cooldown around 5min jogging and a
set of reverse arm pullups to finish off.


Thursday morning - recovery run
Around 20mins of slow easy recovery running
on the treadmill to loosen up from last night's
racing.
