The Body Speaks Again!.........

Thursday Morning - Treadmill Hills (5km/28.5km)
Rightly or wrongly i decided to do this session this
morning even though i didn't feel very well.
Warmup 1.4kms slow jogging pace then
2.5kms of hill running on the treadmill with one minute
at 12degs followed by one minute at 4degs repeated
for 16mins at easy pace. To finish i ran a cooldown of
just over 1km. Total distance 5kms.
Not feeling well at the moment - I'll have to wait and
see what i do next.
