A prescribed light week for me this past one -
No long run
2 x medium runs - 20km easy
2 x Leg Speed/Drills - 6km (33%hard/67%easy)
1 x Treadmill Hills - 4.5km (60%hard/40%easy)
1 x Masters Racing - 9.5km (200m/15minTT - 50% of total
distance easy).
2 x Rest Days (Monday/Saturday)
40kms total for the week.
***Highlight of the week for me was my 200mPB which was
14 months in the making - 27.96 (and now for the sub 27)***
Saturday - Rest Day (0km/40km)
