Friday Morning - Treadmill Hills (5km/46.1km)
Warmup 1.5kms slow jogging pace then
2.5kms of hill running - 1 min @ 12degs alternated with
1 in @ 4degs continuously at easy pace. I then ran a
slow easy 1km to cooldown. Total distance run 5kms.
This week has ended up a fairly light one as i will be
taking tomorrow as another rest day.
