Saturday Morning - Treadmill Intervals (5km/64.6km)
Warmup 1.4kms various jogging pace then -
5 x 500m @ 4:00 pace/2mins walk recovery. I have
always felt that this treadmill reads a little slower than
it actually travels at. I feel that i was travelling at about
3:45-3:50 pace with these which is about where i want
them at the moment. To finish off this morning i ran for
around 500m easy pace to cooldown and did a set
of chairdips and pullups. Total distance run 5kms.
