The Week That Was - 64.6kms

I'm starting to move into my training for 800m now
and this is reflected somewhat in the past weeks efforts.

1 x Long Run - 21.4kms - easy
2 x Medium Runs - 20kms - easy
2 x Interval Training - 10.5kms - quite hard
1 x Hills - 4.5kms - quite hard
1 x Leg Speed/Drills - 3kms - intensive but easy
1 x Masters Racing - 5.2kms (1x1600m) 30% hard/70% easy
(also leg speed drills)
1 x Rest Day - (Thursday)

Total Distance 64.6kms (80% easy)
