Wednesday Evening - 7pm - Very Cold
Knox Masters
Warmup 400m slow jogging followed by
3 sets of high knees and bum kicks
3 x 30m strides
90m - 1st in 11.90
200m - 1st in 27.17 (basically ran alone)
4 x 200m fast relaxed with 90s rests
