Sunday - Rest (0km/0km)
I slept a little longer than usual and woke feeling
unwell. I didn't sleep soundly and this is becoming
quite a regular thing. I thought of perhaps trying
to get a run into later in the day but i also have
a bit of back pain (possibly from the situps??). I
will leave it to Monday morning to run again and it
will have to be on the TM as i have the kids with me.

I hope everything is well and as you know, there's nothing wrong with rest.
i hope you find out what is making you feel out of sorts. It's really starting to grab hold.
As for the sleep in, imagine how much worse you would have felt if you got up early.
Am all for the occasional sleep in.
Ahh the Sunday morning sleep in. Almost forgot that I ever had one.
