Friday Evening - 6pm - Warm
Various Drills etc
Warmup 3 sets of high knees/bum kicks/goosesteps
and Running A's
A set each of dips/pullups/pushups
Around 10-12 block start practice working on arms
and driving out etc.

Good session - my start is improving and it wasn't
very taxing.
