1 x 1000m @ 15kph with 3 min walking recovery
1 x 600m @ 17.5kph/inc 4degs with 4 min walking rec
1 x 400m @ 20kph/inc 6degs with 2 min walking rec
cooldown 1km to finish.
Tomorrow morning boxing bags workout.
