Monday Evening - Treadmill Hill/Tempo (3.5)
A slightly different session on the treadmill this evening
A warmup of around 1.5kms slow jogging pace then
6 x 150m hills @ 10kph/8degs on the treadmill with
150m @ 10kph/2degs in between. Followed this up
with about 2kms at threshold pace before a cooldown
jog for the last 1200 or so. To finish i did a set of chairdips
and pullups on the Power Tower . Total Running
about 6kms. (The session was probably a little too easy
really but i didn't want to push my luck straight away!)

Sounds like a good effort. I think you are being a bit hard on yourself calling it a "easy" session.
