4 or 5 x 20m strides
3 x 10m Pushup starts
5 x 10m 3 Point starts
4 sets of Fast Running A's (12/16/24/30)
3 x 15 Box Jumps (18")
2 x 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pull w/20kg KB
5 mins of various Medball abs work
Cooldown a short jog to finish
