Friday Morning - Treadmill Fartlek (4)
Warmup around 2kms slow jogging pace then
Fartlek running with a minute each at 14 and 10kph
continuously for 15mins or around 3kms. Following
this a cooldown run of around 1km and a set of
chairdips and pullups to finish. That will be
my last run for the week. I will rest tomorrow
and run again on Sunday morning on the DCT.

That is a good weekly total. I usually save my fartlek sessions for the treadmill too.
Good weekly mileage. What is DCT?
Funny you should ask that! - I thought
about writing Dandy Creek Trail but then
thought naah - they'll know what it is!
