71.7kms So Far This Week.........

Thursday Morning - Medium Recovery (3.5)
I might have to start calling the Thursday (and Monday)
runs the Rollover Recovery Runs because they are just
at an easy pace to roll the legs over and iron out the
kinks etc. 10kms this morning in 58:34 (5:51 pace).
Not too difficult except perhaps the last 10mins or so.

Are you sure that time is correct? If so.... then i ran 34 secs faster than you today baby!!!!
