600s................

Friday morning - Treadmill Intervals.
Warmup 1.5km's slow jogging pace then
4 x 600m in 2.15s/90s inc 2degs and then
cooling down with 1km of slow jogging.
I've chosen this workout as i'm running a
1200m on Wednesday night and i need to
continue working on my speed endurance.
