Sunday afternoon - treadmill intervals.
Only had about 2hrs sleep due to watching
most of the Live8 concerts during the night.
Warmup 1.5km's slow jogging pace then
6 x 400m each 90s with 90s walking recovery
last couple a little faster with more incline.
cooldown around 1km slow jogging to finish.
