Saturday morning - treadmill intervals
Warmup 1.5km's slow jogging pace then
2 x 1100m inc 2degs in 4.15/90s walk recovery.
Cooldown 1km slow jogging pace to finish.
Next time i do this workout i will cut it back
to 2 x 1000m as this morning's second rep
was a bit too much for a training session.
