Tuesday morning - treadmill intervals
Warmup 1.5km's slow jogging pace then
4 x 600m inc 2degs in 2.15/75 walk recovery
last one with more incline.
Cooldown jog of around 1km to finish.

Tuesday evening - 1 set of 3 boxing bags and
a set each of med ball exercises and pushups.
