Competing and training every week (sometimes more) and always trying to improve.
Very clever Paul - great idea.Although I've never been a sprinter, I can relate to the disappearing fitness thing. Puffing Billy sounds like a good goal to train for over summer. You could still knock out a good 800 off that.
