Friday Evening - Very Easy Recovery (3)
A very easy session of slow jogging on the treadmill
for 3.5kms. The purpose of which to loosen up a
little from this morning's long run.
Depending on how i feel in the morning i may be
going up to Mt Evelyn to join a few other runners
for a bit of a cross country type long run through
the forest. Hopefully i do make it as i'm looking
forward to having a run with some other like minded
people.
