Friday Morning - Treadmill Fartlek (3) Warmup 1.4kms slow jogging pace then Fartlek running on the treadmill utilizing 1min each of 13/10/13/10 etc (7 at 13kph) followed by a cooldown jog of around 800m and a set of chairdips and pullups to finish.
