Friday Morning - Pay Attention! (?)
It started as a 16/9/9/16 etc fa(s)tlek but only
lasted for 2 of the 16's. I soon realised that i
really need a rest badly and the big increase
in mileage in the space of one week was just
a bad idea. I should have known yesterday
when the 14/10 session was harder than usual
Anyway i turned today's session into a slow
recovery type run up to about 4kms with the
cooldown. I finished off with a set of chairdips
and pullups. Now for a couple of days off.
