Friday Morning - Longer Slow Run (4)
Today a longer run. I decided to run for 13kms at slow
easy pace to ensure completion. I found that it didn't
feel any easier at that pace than it does a little quicker.
I am however following a bit of a plan with the slow
stuff so that i can gradually increase my distances to
be able to hopefully run in the Knox Half in December.
Anyway around 1:23 for the 13kms which really is
quite slow but as i said, that is the plan at the
moment!
I may do a very easy recovery run later on today or in
the evening. It will depend on how i feel later on.
I am pretty sure that Saturday and Sunday will be rest
days at this stage.
