Thursday Evening - Treadmill Fartlek (4) Warmup around 1.3kms slow jogging pace then Treadmill fartlek consisting of 13.3/10/13.3/10 up to seven of each followed by a short walk and a cooldown of around 700m. To finish a set of reverse arm pullups.
