Thursday Evening - Slow Recovery TM (3)
A very easy run of 5kms on the treadmill tonight.
I ran at a slow recovery pace basically just to
loosen up the legs and put some more k's in the
bank. A set of chairdips and pullups to finish off.
Thursday Morning - Long Recovery Run (3)
An easy 10kms of slow recovery running around
the local streets in 56.43 which is quite good for
my Thursday morning run. I'm usually pretty tired
from Masters races the night before.
