Thursday Evening - Easy Run TM (3)
Easy pace using the HRM on the treadmill for a
change. I kept the heart rate to no more than 135
which meant running at around 9kph and i did this
for 5kms.
Thursday Morning - Slow Recovery Run (3)
A nice easy run for around 40mins this morning
just to loosen up from last night. 6.5kms
