7kms of slow recovery running just to get the legs
ticking over again and rack up the mileage. Again
not pushing it at all and enjoying the work. 42mins


Monday Morning - Easy Long Run (3)
10kms of easy pace running around the local streets
in 57:32. I was trying not to push it and just do the
work.
