Friday Morning - Speed Fartlek
Warmup 1.5km's various jogging pace then
treadmill fartlek consisting of 6 x 1min @ 16inc2
with 2mins @ 7.5inc2 jogging recovery between
each fast rep etc. I like to think of this session
as a sort of speed fartlek. A short cooldown of
around 400m followed by a set of chairdips and
pullups to finish off.
