Friday Morning - Treadmill Fartlek
Warmup 1.3km's slow jogging pace then
15mins of fartlek running on the treadmill
with a minute each of 13/10/13/10/13 etc
followed by a short walk and a cooldown
jog of around 700m. To finish off a set of
chairdips and pullups on the power tower.

Hi John,
I often cannot leave the house to run as i have my young children to look after a lot of the time. My main goal this year is the 800m so i'm doing a lot more distance work than i would for sprinting. As for weights etc, i don't do much at all but go through stages of lots of heavy bags work and speedball etc.
