Wednesday Morning - Treadmill Fartlek
Warmup 1.5kms various jogging pace then
fartlek running with 1min @ 16inc2 followed
by 2mins @ 9inc2 repeated seven times and
then a cooldown of around 700m of jogging
and a set of chairdips and pullups to finish up.
This was an increase from six reps of 16/8
from last time.
