Sunday Morning - 24kms with the ESRG (4)
A nice easy pace long run along the Dandy Creek
Trail with some of the ESRG runners. That was my
longest run ever and eclipses the previous longest
run of 18kms which i did a couple of weeks ago.
I plan on making this distance a regular thing and
hope to build it up to 30 in the not to distant future.
Approximate stats for the run are 24kms in 2.25ish!
I think everyone enjoyed it - bring on the next one!

Funny how we always look so cold in the pics, even though it was a really pleasant morning :)
