Wednesday Evening - Knox Masters (5)
Warmup 4 laps slow jogging pace then 4 x 50m
strides with high knees. Walking up and down
the grandstand steps for a couple of minutes and
then some start practice around the bottom turn.
Also 2 more laps of the track at slow jogging pace.
1 x 400m race (2nd in 66 - very windy) followed by
some jogging to loosen up before 1 x 5km Hcp
(11th in 25.52PB) which i'm very pleased with given
the conditions. To finish up a cooldown jog of 800m

Well done on the PB Paul - a good one after such a big increase in your miles.

Thanks Ewen but it was my first 5k on
the track so it sorta had to be a PB!
