Thursday Evening - 6pm - Cool
Easy Recovery Session
Warmup 200m slow jogging pace followed by
3 sets of high knees/bum kicks/goosesteps and
running A's.
Cooldown 200m slow jogging pace to finish.
Just an easy session to loosen up after a hard
night's running last night.
