Monday Evening - Leg Speed and Hills (3.5)
Warmup 1.3kms slow jogging pace on the treadmill.
5 x 30m high knee skipping
5 x 30m bum kicks
3 x 4 x single step ladder runs not timed (slippery)
1.7kms of hill running on the treadmill alternating for
a minute each at 10degs then 4degs at easy pace.
Total distance run 3.5kms.
