Monday Evening - Leg Speed Then Cycling
Warmup 1.3kms slow jogging pace then
5 x 30m high knees
5 x 30m bum kicks
3 x 30m silly sideways crossover thingies
6 x double step ladder runs timed at -
11.18/10.75/10.51/10.35/10.65/11.06 - the last two
i lost concentration a little and stuffed them up a
little.
3 x 20m block starts.
I finished off with a cooldown run of around 8mins.
Then -
30mins of cycling on the spinbike with an increased
effort of 2mins duration every 6mins. This included
more tension on the wheel and a faster cadence.
Total distance approx 3kms running/10kms cycling

I have a visual image of a 'silly sideways crossover thing'. Sounds interesting.
Yes indeed! There is some flash name for
these but can't remember what it is.
Really don't like them either as i can
see it would be quite easy to get an
injury if not careful.
